Letter number two...

Hi my sweet angel,

I've started feeling you move so often now! You're like a little karate kid in there! You're 22 and a half weeks old now! Daddy got to feel you move finally, which was so moving. Everytime he looks me in the eyes and smiles, I know that he's happy to have both of us in his life. Sometimes he even stands behind me and puts his hands on my belly to try to feel you kick. It's so special. You really have brought so much more love into our lives than we thought we could ever experience. We were so excited when we found out that you are a little girl! Daddy even kissed me on the forehead and said, "Thank you for giving me a daughter..." It was the sweetest thing in the world, and it made me feel so good. We bought lots of pretty little girl clothes for you and we have your nursery almost finished! We can't wait for you to get here Molly.

I love you so much already...

Your First Letter From Mommy

Dear Baby,

This letter will be the first of many that I'll write to you. I'll keep them up, even after you're born. I've dreamt of having you for so long, and now you're finally growing inside of my belly. We share so much right now... I feel you kicking and pushing on me from the inside and while I knew that those things would happen, I never dreamt of how much each little touch would touch my heart. Daddy and I have bought a doppler, so I get to listen to you as much as I want. I love hearing your little heart pound away. It makes me feel like you're already here with us. The first time I saw your heart flickering on the ultrasound screen, I cried like a baby. That was the first time I felt like I was a Mommy. You'll never know how much joy you've already - in just 16 short weeks - brought into my life. I can't wait to see you on November 22nd. We have the ultrasound to find out if you're a little Molly Jane/Maggie May or Jack Clayton/William Thomas. You'll have Dama there to see, and Daddy and maybe even Honey and Nan! We're all very excited to find out, so I hope you aren't too shy!

I love you baby.

Love,
Mommy
